Very poor customer service

Apparently my order went un-noticed for 3 weeks before I tried contacting the company in multiple ways: 2 emails, 2 voice mails, FB Messenger. When I finally got hold of someone on the phone (when remembering to call them when they are open 4:30-9pm Eastern), my shipping label was finally printed. But my package wasn't picked up/taken to the shipper until I called again 1 week later to inquire. Very poor customer service/follow through but when product finally arrived, it was as described and what I expected. Will not purchase from them again.
